Encouragement

Do not be discouraged. God is in charge. Remember that we can't do it, He can, and we really should let him. We only control ourselves. But let us be encouraged by this and stop the illusion that we are God. Imagine if we were. How horrible a god we'd make. How board we would become. Let's let our God do His job and we'll do ours. He really is pretty good at what he does - in fact He's perfect. So, let's remember who's in charge and rejoice.
